Development Communications

Development Communications tells the stories about how philanthropy transforms the university, its teachers and students, and the world. The mission of this office is to help the university obtain private gifts and strengthen relationships with current and potential donors. Serving as a public relations and marketing communications team, these professionals write, design, and produce brochures, donor proposals, websites, newsletters, and other electronic and print pieces. These include a website for Campaign Oregon: Transforming Lives; a quarterly newsletter, Oregon Outlook; and news stories about major gifts.
