Quarterly Royalty Report
Participation in the UO Trademark Licensing Program requires submission of a Quarterly Royalty Report, available as a PDF file (24k). You will need Acrobat Reader from Adobe to view and print this file. The UO requires that a royalty report be submitted every quarter, regardless of sales.
